Fine-tune your search by letter position or word length.
An independent helper for finding playable words from your rack.
Type up to 15 letters from your rack and pick a word list. For Scrabble-style play, choose the North American list or the International list — clubs and apps differ on which they follow.
Add a ? for each blank tile. A blank stands for any letter, so the finder tries every possibility and shows all the words your blanks make possible. Blanks score zero points.
Results come back grouped by length, longest first, and every word shows its standard tile score — so the strongest play is easy to spot at a glance.
A result links to its dictionary page when we have a full entry, so you can check the meaning of an unfamiliar word before you play it.
Say your rack is S N E O H Y T. The finder returns TONE (4 points), HONEY (11) and HONEST (9) — and the full seven-letter HONESTY, worth 13 on standard tile values. You would also see short rescue plays like YES, HOE and NTH for tight boards.

Small habits that add points game after game.
Learn the two- and three-letter words first. They rescue awkward racks, fit tight boards, and open parallel plays — start with the two-letter words list below.
Use high-value letters wisely. Q, Z, J and X score the most, and short carriers like QI, ZA, JO and XI let you place them even on a crowded board.
Hunt for hooks — single letters that extend a word already on the board, like HOST into GHOST or PLAN into PLANE. Search your rack plus the letter you want to hook.
Hold common prefixes and suffixes. RE-, UN-, -ING, -ED and -ER stretch five-letter finds into seven-letter plays, and keeping an S is often worth more than playing it early.
Change the word list to match the way you play — for Scrabble-style games, pick the North American or International list; for everyday word finding, ENABLE works well.
